RAD54 Like Protein 2(Androgen receptor-interacting protein 4,ARIP4)is a DNA-dependent ATPase that belongs to the SNF2 family of proteins involved in chromatin remodeling, DNA excision repair, and homologous recombination.Data showed relatively low RAD54L2 expression in mouse and rat tissues, with highest levels in testis, liver, and kidney. FLAG-tagged Arip4 localized to nuclei of transfected COS-1 cells.RAD54L2 was expressed mainly in the neural tube and limb buds during early embryonic mouse development.
